Enjoyed Meeting New People
-Casey K.Anything that Jordan is involved in is a blast. Her support of local communities is contagious, hence my participation in 2012′s Auction. It was an evening fully enjoyed meeting new people and seeing those I know out having fun and benefitting Home of the Sparrow. Get out for this year’s event, experience a terrific venue and see all of the beautiful people.

An Incredible Event
-Atul K.The Bachelor Auction was an incredible event. I was part of the live auction, and it was the experience of a lifetime. From the preparation to the training to the auction itself – we all had a great sense of comaraderie. It was a thrill from start to finish. We had the opportunity to work on ourselves while doing something for a great cause. To be honest, it took a lot of courage to walk out on that runway. And most of all, after walking the runway with music blaring and women calling out prices for a date, there is very little in life that I’m afraid to do now. It was the experience of a lifetime. If I wasn’t onboarding in a new company, I’d volunteer to do it again – no questions asked. I reccomend the experience without reservation. It’s the opportunity of a lifetime!
Amazing Event!
-Jan L.This was an amazing event; The only thing that could have made it better is if it had been in Vegas! The Guys who participated were really brave to put themselves out there! The packages were so fun and generous; Cubs tix, Sox tix; Harley Day, The Joeffrey Ballet, Fab restaurants, etc. The young women who put this together worked tirelessly–I bet @The Home of The Sparrow is greatful. Its A Gift!
-Lisa B.I didn’t know what to expect. The thought of getting dressed up and spending time with my close girlfriends was enough to have me go. I bid on a silent auction bachelor. I didn’t realize at the time that I was going to end up being close friends with the bachelor I selected. He had a crown, sash, and flowers when we went to medieval times. We had a wonderful time and almost a year later we are still in contact daily. I am so thankful for being able to meet Kurt. The friendships I developed after the event are priceless. To be able to help this charity and enjoy a night out with your friends is gift you can give yourself. I will be there this year again with some of my friends from last year and some new recruits!
Great Time!
-Jordan L.Last year’s auction was a great time. Being involved in the planning and having the opportunity to attend provided me both sides to the story. It was awesome to see all our hard work come to fruition. The guys were enthusiastic and fun, the date packages were AMAZING and actually helping to raise $15,000 for HOS was just icing on the cake!
